If you have fears that keep you from enjoying life to it's fullest then you need help learning how to conquer your fears. If someone tells you that they are not afraid of anything they are lying to you. Everyone is afraid of something. Some of us just have more fears than others.

Over the years I have had to deal with several different fears that may or may not have been rational. An example of rational fear is being scared to drive on the interstate which I was. An example of irrational fear is being afraid of ladybugs or clowns which I also was.

Your fears scare you and that is what is truly important not if they are irrational or rational. You have conquer your fears one at a time that is what is important. Conquering your fears will help build confidence and make you feel as if you can do anything.

There are tips you can use to conquer the fears you have but you have to do it on your own from there. No one else can conquer your fears but you. The first step is to tell yourself you will conquer the fear.

The second step is to keep going even when you are terrified and anxious. These feelings will try to stop you but you have to keep moving forward. Your fears are actually more afraid of you than you are of them. The third step is to simply do it. You will be scared but you just have to keep going until your mind realizes there is nothing to fear anymore.

Keep repeating these steps as often as you have to to rid yourself of your fears. These steps should only be followed with fears that wont cause you harm. If you have fears such as clowns, ladybugs, and interstates then you are free to follow the steps.
